These terms apply to your use of the Coral Bloom website and to all purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

2. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements in our size guides may vary by around 1–3 cm. Some images on our website are styled lookbook and campaign imagery.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if this affects your order, we'll contact you before it ships and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud) and will give you a full refund if we do.

5. Changes and cancellations

If you'd like to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Exchanges and returns

Change-of-mind exchanges and returns of faulty items are handled as set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may end at any time. Bundle and multi-buy discounts are shown at checkout.

9. Website content

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Coral Bloom or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
